 Amanda Cushman
Violin
Amanda Cushman graduated from the University of Maine in 1986. She studied violin and viola with Dan Rains and Anatole Wieck and taught in Maine public schools for 23 years. She currently has a private studio in downtown Bangor with RDL Strings. Along with her teaching schedule, she performs with the Bangor Symphony Orchestra’s Juniper String Quartet, serves as the symphony’s librarian and plays French Horn in the Bangor Band. She resides in Bangor with her husband and three dogs. Other interests include counted cross stitch, embroidery and quilting.
